Helping Canada retain and build on a strong history of ship building and maintenance, our Ports and Marine team is proud to be involved in master planning, modernizations and new construction related to marine vessel maintenance facilities. We have worked for our clients as owner’s representative, as well as the design engineers, contract managers and construction managers.
We aim to establish excellent relationships with our clients and their operations teams in order to deliver exceptional service in what is often an operating and maintenance environment. Part of our service offering often involves working closely with local, provincial and federal government agencies to put the necessary environmental permits and project approvals in place. Our attention to detail has lead to projects being delivered on time and under budget, with a zero lost-time injury record.
Projects we have been involved in include shipyard, dry dock, and graving dock facilities, vessel maintenance facilities and naval bases. These projects are for both local and international clients looking for innovative solutions to ship construction, repair and maintenance.
Successful completion of various projects has helped establish the west coast of Canada as a ship building and ship repair centre of excellence. This in turn has lead to job creation for the region.
